y'all are whiney, johns rules
Best thin crust in town, and if ya can't take the 'rudeness' of the phone operator, move away .

Poor Customer Service
Although I have been ordering from John's for over 10 years. Their pizza is great but their phone ettiquette/customer service skills are very poor. The phone operator does not say thank you and even when you say thanks, she doesn't even say you're welcome. They should consider hiring better phone operators or invest in customer service training. They should record the calls and play them back so they can hear had bad they sound to the customers that keep them in business.

Excellent pizza-rude on the phone
I think this is one of the best pizzas in the neighborhood. It is really unfortunate that they cannot hire someone who can be a bit more polite on the phone. I understand it is really busy but it does not make the restaurant very appealing when the girl who answers is so rude.

Worst Phone Lady Ever
Title pretty much explains it. The food is good, but the lady who answers the phone/takes orders is by far the rudest with whom I have ever spoken. Pretty unbelievable. Work on your customer service.

OK, but not great
Ordered and delivered to home with high hopes, but pizza was just good --- not great.

No negativity here
John's Pizza provides great pizza for delivery. The pizza is great most because their sauce is sweet, fresh and is not lacking on the pie. Great toppings, cheese, crust etc. One of the best pizza places in the city.

Rude customer service
So I just moved to chicago and my roommate told how John's Pizzaria has great food. So I decided to try it out and called to order some food. The lady who answered the phone was rude and tells me they don't take delivery orders from out of town numbers. I tell her I just moved here and this is the only phone I have to use, she goes well I don't know what to tell you. SERIOUSLY !! You would rather lose a customer and money because you don't want to take an out town number.WOW! I just though that was pretty lame..................................
