I swear we've ordered delivery before and used our credit card, but this time we were told they do not accept credit cards for delivery orders. They prob have had a prob with stolen credit cards. Disappointed! The pizza is good! And never had an issue with phone service - they have always been polite.

Who care's if their rude on the phone. John's pizza is the best. Plus it's more fun that they don't want to deal with all this city's bull and sense of entitlement. Keep up the great work on pizza and the fried chicken.

I've been eating this pizza since I was born :) Born and raised in Chicago but live in Milwauke now. I love John's and can't find anything that comes close to their pizza. Best Pizza in my book along with my siblings. Love your pizza don't ever change.

This restaurant was very clean they made their own pizza , sauce, Beef, and sausage , John was always in charge of seeing to it that everything that came out of the kitchen was the best made by gombodies from Italy they didn't speak good English being a southern girl it was hard to understand them but we made it and had barrels of fun I drive by Johns once in a while to relive the old memories I plan on taking my daughter and grandson there very soon

Every Visit To Johns, Or Ordering Out. I Have Never Experienced Rude Or Bad Customer Service. No Idea Why People Say That. Generally The Food is Great The People Are Friendly And When Frank Sinatra Is Singing, It Makes It That Much Better.

Although I have been ordering from John's for over 10 years. Their pizza is great but their phone ettiquette/customer service skills are very poor. The phone operator does not say thank you and even when you say thanks, she doesn't even say you're welcome. They should consider hiring better phone operators or invest in customer service training. They should record the calls and play them back so they can hear had bad they sound to the customers that keep them in business.
