Poor Customer Service
I don’t normally write reviews, but this customer service experience was exceptionally horrible. All of the eggs in the Singapore Rice Noodles were burnt. They would not honor their lunch and dinner special—free pop, chicken fried rice, and one egg roll even though I had ordered well within the lunch timeframe and was paying three dollars more in price. The man and the woman were very defensive, jabbering away at the same time in a broken, incomprehensible language that was utterly absurd and certainly uncomfortable. Really careless and clueless customer service, which reveals that these people either don’t understand or simply don’t care that first impressions are crucial for customer loyalty, and if they don’t care about first impressions, how careless must be their food preparation? I could be wrong about Jiang’s, but I hardly think so.

Love This Place
I just discovered Jiangs from a menu where I work. You can't beat their lunch specials you get a ton for next to nothing. I have to agree the orange chicken is the best I have eaten. I highly suggest anyone who lives near there try it. The deliver guy is beyond very friendly and always has a smile on his face.

Excellent Price and fast Delivery
The food always great prepared and cook, it is exceptional tasty . I love the fact the staff is friendly and nice. The price is very reasonable and fast delivery.

The best tasty and cheap price food in the neighborhood
I love Jiangs' Chinese Kitchen and the best food in town. I have been there every week since I found good comments from the web on this restaurant. I order for my family and at work all the time. Their orange chicken is highly recommended and love it every time I ordered. The price is unbeatable. You can get nice family dinner for 4 under $20. This place is awesome. I luv it !!!!!!!

Great Chinese for college Students!
Jiang's delivers to SXU and it is WAY better than Chi Tung. Their egg rolls and fried rice are to die for. We always order their awesome orange chicken and their spicy Mongolian beef. Order here!

Best Fast food in town
I have been trying their General Tao Chicken for years since they open. The best General Tao chicken in town and the sauce tasted great with the white rice. The chicken is tender and juicy white breast meat. The appetizers are good. The seafood dishes are tasty too. The price is cheap and fast delivery or pick up. Highly recommended.
