    Saturday Sushi

Since we moved to the area 5 months ago, we have had sushi almost every Saturday at Jai Yen! We have tried the fried rice, several appetizers, and most sushi rolls and have never been disappointed. Same friendly staff each week, and delicious food at a decent price. Must try the Sweet Potato Maki roll (vegetarian, even the eel sauce on top) and the Jai Yen roll!

    Good food, somewhat slow delivery

We found Jai Yen through a coupon mailer sent to our apartment. Turned out to be a great buy! Delivery fee was $2, but took around 45 minutes (after they told us to expect 40 - a pretty long wait, but we had hearts set on sushi by that point). Edamame were cooked and flavored perfectly, crab rangoon were delicious, and our favorite rolls were the ebi tempura, summer, and tropical. (Note from calling all their rolls come with between six and eight pieces, but the nigiri sushi are one piece for $2-$3.) Whether you order in or eat out, do try to get your hands on some of their coupons. With $15 purchase, you can get a free order of edamame with $50 you can get a free rainbow roll. Overall, two thumbs up!

    A diamond in the rough

Luv, Luv, Luv, this place. It recently opened and we decided to try it. The presentation is very pretty and the decor is simple and cute. Totally Feng Shui. The area needed a place like this. There is nothing around there. Service was great. The sushi was reasonably priced for the quality. The name means "keep cool", and it is owned by cool young people. So the name fits.
