The pizza is still tasty but the phone servies is the worst.

This place is going downhill. The pizza is so so nowadays. You pay $18 for a pizza but with less toppings and a thinner crust than in the past. They are charging you a lot of money to skimp on ingredients and quality. There are far better places in Chicago to buy a good pizza for $20.

Although I really enjoy their pizza, I think the customer service at this place is horrible. The girl answering the phone and taking orders is always short and very rude! I really hope the owners take some of there profits and invest in some customer service training for their employees.

Italian Fiesta is okay- since its one of the only places that actually deliver to the southside. I would love to have more choices. Aurelios, Fox's, Phil's, etc.. Really I would! Hydepark/Kenwood is as far south as you can live to have a viable chocie for deliveries. Ohterwise "FORGET ABOUT IT." My dollars are green like everyone else's, just give me a chance to spend them- you'll see.

I totally agree with one of the other reviewers. If only the customer service matched their pizza. The pizzeria would receive 5 stars. However, it doesn't. The pizza is great but those people that answer the phones need to get off the phone & do some work in a back room away from customers. They are not customer friendly at all. Oh, well I'm going to place an order now.

I have been a fan of Italian Fiesta for quite awhile. Pizza is FANATASTIC....however, the customer service leaves much to be desired.. the young ladies at the Halsted location who answer the phones are VERY unprofessional. They dont speak clearly and appear to be irritated that you have called them in the first place. I hope management works on that immediately because I like to go in the neighbood and it would be a shame if I have to go Palermos in Oak Lawn instead.
