I really like Hub 51. They offer a great package: good food, service, and atmosphere. They have a very diverse menu ranging from sushi to nachos. It is also an extremely fun place at night. I highly recommend it!

I attended a party at Hub 51 on a Saturday night. The place was very, very crowded. The hostess as well as the manager was kind of rude. The music was ok, but it had no variety to it. I was with a party of 4 and we all were able to share the nachos. Guess you can say that was the highlight of our evening. Will return to try the steak tacos.

i work down the street form HUB51 and i rarely ate there but the wsitress and the hostess were rude and looked me over like i wasnt even there on more than one occasion... i dont like that very distasteful... BUT THE SUSHI(spicy tuna, califorina rolls) a little over priced but GREATTTTTT!!!!!! TRY IT

I didn't expect much out of this restaurant, because it is run by Rich Melman's sons. I was pleasantly surprised. Normally a resaturant with tacos and sushi on the same menu would spell diaster, but the tacos were great (I didn't try the sushi). I've been about 5 times now and I can't stop getting the tacos. The nachos are also good, very different and big enough for an entree. The carrot cake was awesome too. The servers were also very friendly for a place that is so popular and crowded. I recommend making reservations before you go.

I've been here a couple times. I recommend one thing: chicago's best onion rings. Everything else we ate was "ok".

Went to Hub 51, checked in at 8:21 p.m. - the hostess said it would be a 35-45 minute wait. So we waited and waited and went to the hostess after 45 minutes and she said it would be at least another half hour or more. Really disappointed but it seemed that they weren't organized and didn't have a clue when we would actually be seated. After waiting for over a half-hour we turned in our beeper and left. It didn't appear that people were happy when they were leaving so I assume I didn't miss anything. People seemed to be waiting to order once they were seated. Maybe they didn't have enought help?
