    love this place

love love love it. great atmosphere. awesome place. food is fantastic. i think its funny that you have to clean your plate or you get a five dollar charge if you order the all you can eat, but it sorta makes sense. we get delivery from them all the time. its awesomely fast.

    one word: yummy

This is one of my favorite sushi places in the city, and I have been to a wide assortment of places. Granted the "mood/atmosphere" is very plain....nothing fancy. but the sushi more than makes up for it. I have tried almost all the rolls and find myself dreaming about the "GODZILLA" in my sleep. the spicy california is also amazing. miso soup is complimentary. free edamame with purchase of two beers. For real, try this place, the sushi is cheap and delicious.

Big Volume Sushi for Cheap Price

The most famous sushi-buffet restaurant in Northside of Chicago. It seems they've raised the price a bit, but still can't beat this price: Only 12.95 for maki(roll) sushi buffet. *buffet for only rolls, not nigiri(piece). Food: Their sushi is not that fresh nor amazing. And many of their rolls are pretty much "okay-level." I do not recommend this restaurant if you're looking for amazement or super-good impression for sushi. But the price can't be beaten anywhere else. If you simply wanna eat tons of sushi and don't really look for anything fancy, then just go to this restaurant. Atmosphere: The interior is nothing romantic, and only looks cheap. Don't take your girlfriend or boyfriend to this place if you're trying to have some romantic dinner. This restaurant is more suitable for casual dinner with a party of friends. Each time you order different rolls, it will always bring you a new conversation, and you will have a good time with your friends for sure. Service: Service is not bad. I'm not sure the waiter I've met still works there, but he was always polite and kind with good smile. Other Advice: Because of their price, this restaurant is so popular and usually get packed in the weekend night. You should try weekdays. If weekends, try getting there as early as possible. Otherwise you have to wait long. Overall: Like I said, I recommend this restaurant for people who simply wanna get full with sushi for cheap price. So do not expect anything fancy or romantic there. If you wanna do a casual sushi-party-dinner with your friends, this place is always a good choice.
