    excellent smoked meats

    Love the smoked chicken, great pulled pork and brisket. Several dishes served with heavy ciabatta bread that needs to be toasted, dinky dunkers too. Can get expensive since much is served a la carte. On the weekends, beef ribs are like an in-bone pot ro

    A little more effort

    I agree, the meat itself is excellent but everything else was sub-par. The sauce especially was no good, it was obviously store bought. If thats the route to go, there are much better sauces you can purchase

    off the beaten path, doctored bottled barbecue sauce, strange buns, generic barbecue beans, right out of the can, and to top things off, Jewel potato salad!!!...that aside, the meat was good, but come on, we need a better package. You will have to do more
