    Delish!

I heard about this place, and called in an order for pickup. I drove around the block, and was able to find a spot along side the restaurant. I came home to a huge bag of delish... Their wonton soup is incredible. The wontons are homemade and flinestone sized. They are so good, and priced just right! I also ordered the crab rangoon appetizer, and we just loved it! We tried several dishes, and the three in a nest, and hunan shrimp were out of this world! Shrimp lo mein was also yummy. Totally loved this place, and will be back!

    One of the Best!

I've been going to this restaurant my whole life, easily 20+ years and the food is ALWAYS delicious! The Governor's chicken is my favorite. Always crispy and the sauce is absolutely delicious. The Hot and Sour soup is one of the best I've ever had in the city. Pretty much anything I've ordered here is tasty (beef, shrimp, chicken, soups, appetizers), the servings are big, and the prices aren't bad at all. The owner is always pleasant, the staff is very sweet and kind as well. Honestly, you're missing out if you haven't hit this place up.

    always delivers

I love venturing into this friendly and accomodating restaurant at least once a week. I am a loyal customer, and love the dishes that are prepared with loving care, and presented by sweet waiters and waitresses. This place is busy for lunch and evenings, but I have not found the wait time to ever have been a problem. This is a great neighborhood place!

Very happy I gave this a try

I ventured to Hong Huah for a brief lunch getaway, and I am so glad I did. Small and kitsch, the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was given a menu of what appeared to be fairly standard dishes, however, the waitress went out of her way to explain the dishes, and even show me some photos! The food here is incredible. Really. The portions are generous, the shrimp are huge, and everything is prepared expertly. I was pleasantly surprised, and will definitely be returning soon. Also- I ordered off of the regular menu as opposed to the lunch special and am so glad I did. I was with a small group, and we shared a few dishes, so perhaps this is why my experience was so great. Love having a variety of dishes to sample from!

Crazy Good!! Love this place! Awesome soups, friendly service, killer potstickers, and the best salt & pepper shrimp!

    Amazing...

Yum, yum, yum! This is how I would best describe Hong Huah. Every Wednesday, no fail I order from here. I have achieved the status of "regular', I suppose, however Hong Huah truly delivers every time. Their food is consistently good- fresh, superbly seasoned, and a great value. Their three in a nest is my all time favorite, along with house made crab rangoon. The best!

    Amazing!

I really love Hong Huah. It is a great restaurant with freindly staff and realy good food. Flavors are amazing, and I love all of the dishes. Mongolian beef was so good, and I have to rave about the wonton soup. Great place.
