Accessible Gourmet
A real gem. They take classic and regional recipes and make them really special. It feels gourmet and comfort at the same time. The mussels in anise scented broth is my favorite meal. The killer bread pudding is my fave dessert. Small but cute interior. The entire staff takes pride in what they do. They even do the BYOB well. We arrived with a mix of beer and wines. Our waiter stored the cold items in their fridge for us until we were ready for them, discussed what we would drink with each course, and then the bottles appeared at our table with perfect timing. Highly recommended.

Best place in town
The food is always amazing. It's a great deal for BYOB. It has the kind of food that the crazy expensive restaurants have but for reasonable prices and it always cuts cost to bring your own. The staff is super friendly. I always recommend people to go to HB. Seriously my fav restaurant in the city.

My Favorite Go-To
Whether it's date night, or going with a girlfriend. Home Bistro never ceases to amaze. A seasonal menu that is prepared with lots of care is presented 6 nights a week (I believe they're doing Sunday brunch now). It's intimate, without being stuffy and the service is top notch. I honestly can't imagine anyone not enjoying this hidden gem in Boystown.

Excellent food! Great owners!
The food is always excellent. The staff is very accomodating. We have eaten here several times and every time we think it's better than before.

ONE WORD...YUM!
homey?....yes.....delicious?...yes....alittle cramped?...yes. this is a lovely little store front restaurant, run by care by the owners...and its byob, to boot. i recommend it highly...menu changes often.
