By far the best tasting Harold's chicken
The first time I tasted this Harold's (a block from my job) I fell in love. The chicken was always hot and delicious. OMG I've been there so MANY times and I never had a bad experience........EXCEPT last Saturday night February 13th!! I called in an order. They told me 12 minutes and went in about 15-18 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. I waited and waited. First a lady took my order. She gave me a total of 17 something. And still I waited then this guy came and took my order AGAIN. I told him I had already paid. I screamed it. I held the ticket up to the window. Still he rung me me up. Tried to charge me 20 something. I said, "I already paid for it" He just went off on me. Telling me I didn't tell him when the other 5 people in there were heard me yelling it. But still I'm waiting. 20 minutes I waited. The night crew was extremely rude. I usually go after work so it's a different crew. The day shift is very nice and courteous. I had one bad experience that night, but the chicken was still GREAT!!! But, as much as i love me some Harold's, if that guy is there.....I'm gone........."NEXT!!"
