Out of town must have Harold's Chicken
I always/well it's a must that I have Harold's Chicken when I visit Chicago. I must admit..great chicken however poor customer services.

Worst Customer Service - Best Chicken This Side of Town!
Chicken is always fresh and delicious. If you can get past the bad attitudes... you'll forget about it while you're eating the best chicken this side of town!

Not the best service..but the chicken is worth it!!
I have eaten at a number of harold's chicken shack and they are by far my favorite place to eat chicken..its crispy and juicy and the sauce is really good.. fries and bread and a cup of slaw makes it a meal. Its not the classiest place but the food is worth the trip
