Not a great place to eat
I've only been once but this place was awful. The service was crappy, the food was cold and the flavor was not good at all.

Watch your teeth!
The falafel was rock hard and the tabouleh salad had sand grains in it.

Best falafel outside of Israel
This place seems little run-down on the outside, but don't let the looks fool you. Inside, it's a completely different story; the falafel is incredible. It comes in a pita, with a lot of authentic hummus, lettuce, and a free serving of Jerusalem salad. The falafel itself is warm, juicy, and not clumpy at all. The portions are big, and will leave you pleasantly full. The only downside is that it's a little messy, so I wouldn't eat it at your desk.
