Great place if you're patient
After going to Green Tea, I read the reviews; most everyone is dead on! The food is excellent and inexpensive and the service is really lacking. I think they were talking about me! ... maybe I'm paranoid, but customer service isn't a big priority to any of the employees. It doesn't stop me, though - it's one of my favorites

Excellent Sushi
Green Tea definitely has the best sushi in town, however along with your bottle of wine, make sure you bring your patience. As others have mentioned, the service is painfully slow, at best. So sit back, sip your wine, and enjoy the conversation. Oh and definitely try the Volcano appetizer. An amazing dish!

Love the Food, but Not the Service
The food is great. It's cheap, and fresh, and their spicy tuna or salmon rolls are the best in the city. However, their service is pretty awful. In the restaurant, service is slow and the servers seem impatient. Even when ordering for delivery service, they make you feel like you're bothering them. I just ordered a minute ago, and she didn't say anything about how long it would take, how much the delivery service, etc. She just said, "bye", after I gave her my credit card number.

Redefines rolls you thought you'd tried
The place itself is small, to be sure, but the sushi is almost unbelievably cheap and the servings are generous. My table chose to order several rolls I've eaten a hundred times, like the California and spicy tuna, and somehow the folks at Green Tea made each of them taste fresh, new, and definitely worth ordering again. On setting: this would be a great spot to catch up with an old friend (or maybe two), but if your party is larger than 4 it's highly doubtful they'll have space for you.

Neighborhood Find!
The sushi at Green Tea is every bit as good as many of the city's far more expensive sushi restaurants. For those of you who don't feel like going somewhere fancy or expensive for really good sushi, or keep trying different different restaurants waiting to find your go-to carry out place, give Green tea a shot.

Great food
The sushi here is amazing. I have been several places and I can say that the spicy tuna roll is the best I have ever had. They also have an amazing Jackie roll. A must try!
