use to be better
i use to order pizza from golden crust for years, but moved and havent lately. lately their pizza does not taste the same. must have changes receipt or cook. it isnt as good as it use to be. they use to put a lot more sausage on it. it seems they are getting stingy with ingredients. and they change sauce. i dont really order much from them anymore. am still looking for a good pizza. havent found one yet.

Best Pizza In Chicago
This is by far the best pizza in the Chicagoland area. I grew up in Albany Park but moved in 1985. Any opportunity I get to have their pizza I do. I'll admit if you eat in the services is terribly slow. Call ahead & pick it up that's what we do & have never been disappointed with there incredibly delicious deluxe football pizza.

A must when we visit!
We crave this from home in Minnesota and alwasy get a pizza while visiting mom and the family plus we usually get one to bring home:) Stuffed pizza is awesome.

Just OK
Decent pizza. Not the best but nowhere near the worst. However, be prepared to be sitting for a very long time. Twice I've been there and the service was very slow - even though there was only one other table each time. Still, for a reliable neighborhood pizza place, I could do worse.

What?
Golden Crust should only be gone to as a last resort. I have given this establishment a "third-times-a-charm" chance, and each time they have disappointed me. I am not sure how they stay in business with such low quality food and bad service. Each time I have called to place an order, I have been greeted by aloofness and negativity. The price is outrageous for the frozen-veggies-thrown-atop-a-generic-crust-type pizza I have received. Eat with caution. As for my ratings, I gave the food a 1.5 only because it was something to put on my stomach and the only place open in my area...and a 0.5 for service only because the person taking my order to speak.

Over Rated
The sauce tastes horrible, the crust tastes like a sandwich and the cheese sticks and the sauce taste horribl. Like cheap frozen food. The pizza is also dry. They are over priced for what you get.

As good as ever
I hadn't been there in yrs. Moved back into the neighborhood and it was as scrumptious as ever especially the garlic bread. Yum, yum, yum.
