Disappointed
We r visiting from Florida. Made reservations 4 a table by the window. We were preempted by a "VIP ". Our Hawaiian fish was raw in the middle "cooked to the chefs preference". It was not sushi -which we luv - but was a fish which should be cooked. The Caesar salad had stale croutons and parmesan cheese - no dressing. Other than the poor value at $35.00 for my fish and $46 for the filet- we had good drinks! We actually felt sorry for the waiter so tipped him appropriately. Our first dining experience was disappointing

Disappointed
My fiance and I rarely go out to eat, so we were looking forward to a nice evening out. We were seated downstairs, and there were only about 5- 6 other tables with guests. Our water was poured and we didn't have a waiter greet us for about 10 minutes. We did not have a appetizer or dessert, and still the entire meal took us 1.5 hours! I ordered the Ahi Tuna, which was decent but served cold, I am use to this dish at room temperature. My fiance's steak was overcooked, but since it took so long to get it he didn't want to send it back! We are willing to spend this kind of money at a restaurant, but only to recieve an exceptional meal. We will not return.

Excellent Filet Mignon
If the appetizers & salad had been as delicious as the filet mignon, I would give the restaurant a perfect rating. The setting on the river was magnificent and the steak was even more incredible. They need to work on their side dishes, but I still wouldn't hesitate bringing a client or date back.

Wonderful!
My husband and I frequent Chicago for business often and we were very curious about the new upscale Fultons. Located at the old Bob Chins location, it's a prime spot for beautiful views of the river and city landscape. Dim lighting and dark wood paneling provide a calm atmosphere while dining. From the moment we sat down the service was top notch. Our waiter was helpful, familiar with the menu, and more than available to answer any questions. The steaks that Fultons offer are wonderful and the seafood is just as good. The menu is al la carte offering many choices for sides and main dishes. Give Fultons a try. You will not be disappointed.
