This place needs a new menu or atmosphere to compete with all the other similar bars in the neighborhood. Moonshine, Boundary has already become the starting meet spot for neighborhood people. If I'm going to bar hop to Fuel I already ate a crappy pizza or burger. Fuel either become the start up joint with a great menu for happy hour or become the rocking party place with a... i dunno a great beer and scotch menu?

We ended up here after every other restaurant in the area was packed for Cinco de Mayo. We debated over our orders for a while because the menu was strange with no rhyme or reason to it's content or order. There were omelets mixed with pizza mixed with appetizers, it was confusing. We ordered guacamole, a pizza, and a caesar salad. The food was mediocre at best. The service was passable. There was clearly a reason this place wasn't packed on such a busy night. We will never go back.

I went here last week because a friend of mine was spinning. Decided to order some food at the bar. After poring over the menu for a good while, the boyfriend and I settled on a pizza and a burger. Eh. I got a vegetarian pizza that was a bit on the dry side. I actually had to ask if there was cheese on it (thinking I got a vegan pizza). And seeing how pizza is just a way to get cheese into my belly, I was not satisfied. The spinach was raw and just tossed on top, which I guess was cool, but kinda unexpected. Reminded me of a salad pizza I'd had somewhere else. The burger was OK according to my dining partner. No wild raves. We'd sat at the bar awhile, so I think the bartender had gotten used to us. As if we were some kinda fixture. After the second beer, it was hard to get his attention, especially after his friends got there. The ambiance was cool. I'd go again, but just for drinks.
