A fun dining experience
We had dinner on a busy Friday evening. The room was loud, but the food was excellent, both in preparation and quantity. The server was wonderful. He was polite and attentive without being intrusive. The prices were fair as well. We'll be back again on our next trip to Chicago

Unpleasant experience
Do not waste your time or money at this restaurant! We have just come home from a most unpleasant dinner experience. The food is OK - not great but reasonable. The service is OK - not great either, but passable. However, if you expect to be able to carry out a conversation while having dinner, avoid this place!! We were seated next to large group celebrating a birthday. They got increasingly drunk and increasingly loud. They ignored our polite pleas to turn it down. When we asked our waiter to intervene, he shrugged. When we finally called the manager, nothing was done to make us comfortable, and we left. So, if you are out in the town to get drunk and be loud, this is your place. If you want a civilized dinner, go somewhere else.

Extension of the original
Love the original - this is a great neighborhood restaurant. Food, service always good. Great brunch too. Make a reservation - fills up
