Good Italian Close to Home
I recommend the pasta romantica. They finally added chicken as the standard to the dish!

don't order the pizza
they are now serving pizza on premade crusts, we have been ordering from these guys all the way back to berto's and the pizza was always good. why after 15 years or longer they have switched to this nasty crust makes no sense. save yourself some money, buy a frozen cheese pizza and throw some toppings on it, same result. and if you do it yourself at least you'll get the toppings you wanted it is sad to lose another place for food in the neighborhood, and by the way i really don't care what rachel ray thinks about the food

Not the best service..............
My husband and I had toured downtown Chicago and had taken the Architecture River Cruise. I am completely in love with Chicago. We decided to end our wonderful day with a romantic dinner. I am a huge fan of Rachael Ray, and this restaurant boasts about being on Rachael's-Tasty Travels. I will start by saying that the food is really good. However, the service ruined the experience for me. My husband and I were made to feel like we were intruding and bothersome. The waiter was put off by me asking questions. They were definitely in a hurry for something, and rushed us out of there. I certainly hope they work on the service, because they could be one of the best restaurants if their service was as good as their food.

a hidden gem
This is one of the best italian resteraurants on the north side! try the grilled octopus with the grilled calamari ,or the lobster ravioli. the veal is top notch and the seafood risotto is to die for! they also have homemade tiramisu and a homemade cordial"creme de lemoncello" that is an afterdinner must! one of my top choices for good reasonable italian food just blocks from wrigley field
