Fantastic Southern Food
Ernie's Catering served a church group to which I belong recently. Every dish is made from "scratch" and the taste shows. The fried chicken and fried catfish are very good. The veggies are excellent. The peach cobbler is in "to die for" category. Ernie prepares her meals in the manner she was taught by her family in Mississippi.
