El Famous has lost it
I have been going to El Famous burrito since I was in high school. The burritos were big and tasty. This is when they had few locations. Now that they have expanded, the meat is very fatty and the burritos are about half the size they used to be. They now fill the burrito with more beans than meat and when you order add ons, guacamole, sour cream, they seem to subtract the amount of meat they put in, and those additions are extra money. Sorry, I am very dissapointed in the product now.

Not as good as it was.
We've been going to El Famous since our days at Loyola U. We always got the steak burritos, they were big and tasty. Now the management has got cheap. On three different visits the burritos were small and mostly lettuce. We hope they go back to quality and value it once was.

Awesome
These tacos are awesome and they're really fast with the prep. The fish tacos are yummy and the staff is friendly.

no longer famous
the steak burrito is mostly beans and cheap chuck steak. they have also downsized it. al pastor tacos are quite flavorful with onions and cilantro. the steak in the steak tacos is overcooked and there is not much meat. they put lettuce and tomato in the steak taco to use as filler. the red and green salsas are good. the green is the hot one. the people working there are quite nice.

Amazing Burritos!...and tshirts!
El famous burritos is one experience I'll never forget. Delicious burritos..and cheap t-shirts!! Definitely in my top favorite restaurants of all time!

Always good!
The burritos you'll find here are scrumptious. The ingredients are always fresh, especially their avocados, tomatoes, as well as their salsas. The staff is friendly and welcoming and by now they have memorized our orders! You can order one of their delicious burritos and eat it and not have to worry about getting hungry for the rest of the day without being overstuffed.
