    Always good!

The burritos you'll find here are scrumptious. The ingredients are always fresh, especially their avocados, tomatoes, as well as their salsas. The staff is friendly and welcoming and by now they have memorized our orders! You can order one of their delicious burritos and eat it and not have to worry about getting hungry for the rest of the day without being overstuffed.

    Great cheap food. Period.

A neighborhood store-front, that one can often skip while passing by...... The staff is friendly and attentive and quick. I will order-in mostly, and highly recommend the steak barrito with avocado, also, the pork barrito with extra cilantro. But the best thing about this joint is the red SALSA! Bar none, the freshest, and tangiest salsa that has been put to this palate. Buy it by the quart, for it is addictive, but highly satisfying! ENJOY!

    The Best Burrito...Ever

I have had many burritos in my time, and the gold standatd still remains this great local chain, El Famous Burrito. They are huge and meaty. My preference is a steak and pork combination with sour cream and and onions. If your're eating in, all orders come with tasty chips and salsa. This is one of the best values in Mexican food in Chicago

Yummy Sopes, but avoid the chicken

This place is a great stop for a late night meal or a quick lunch or dinner. The sopes, tacos, and all the favorites are really good. I usually order items without meat as the chicken has a strange marinade. Otherwise, the food is great. The guys who staff the place are really friendly, and it is a good value.
