North Coast, Scrimshaw Pilsner ft. bragg, california. never judge a beer by the size of its sail. north coast certainly caught this sailor’s attention with the girth of its mast. my favorite pilsner west of the rockies.
Allagash, White Wheat Ale portland, maine. my personal cicerone calls allagash white the undisputed "best" wheat beer in the united states. we love it too! this lively brew tickles our fancy. p.s. what he doesn’t know is that without him, this list wouldn’t be possible

Bottles & Cans Beers
3 Floyds, Rotating munster, indiana. 3 floyds is one of the midwest's top breweries. the only problem is we couldn't decide on what delicious beer to offer, so we are going with whatever sounds great - you can't go wrong.
Ballast Point, Rotating san diego, california. we wanted to go with sculpin ipa exclusively, but our fish-bar-manager-turned-san-diego-transplant sasha convinced us that we should see other beers. we agreed. ask and we’ll tell ya which one.
Schlitz, Lager Can milwaukee, wisconsin. in the wake of the great chicago fire in 1871, schlitz brewery sent hundreds of barrels of beer to support chicago. that’s one heckuva neighbor. we’re in.
Vander Mill, Rotating Hard Cider spring lake, michigan. a newbie on the brew scene in 2006, we love the semi-sweet nature of this michigan cider. though the traditional is our favorite from this local cider mill, we couldn’t resist variety -- it’s the spice of life!
(16oz. can) 6.50
Crispin, Honeycrisp Cider minneapolis, minnesota. apples and honey, "this ain't rosh hashana." go ahead, doll, sweeten your day. with any luck, you'll catch a little buzz and ease through the holiday

Metropolitan, Flywheel Bright Lager chicago, illinois. we love our local brewers. this german inspired lager makes us want to sing and dance, prost!
Lagunitas, Czech-Style Pilsner petaluma, california. this cold fermented czech style pilsner is top notch in my book. yes, i have a book. it’s called "facts on farts" by brenna lorenz, so there!
Sixpoint, Sweet Action Cream Ale brooklyn, new york. love the brooklyn beer scene, this year round. sum of great parts, pale, wheat & cream ales gives us a conundrum, a little bitter and a little sweet, yumm!
(16oz. can) 8.00
Brooklyn, Lager Can brooklyn, new york. south side, north side - we hate the yankees. in 1883, brooklyn was home to 45 breweries, the year the dodgers were formed. this fine lager is a tribute to those great 19th century beers, baseball, and our shared disregard for the bronx bombers
Two Brothers, Prairie Path Golden Ale warrenville, illinois. how can it be, it’s gluten free? who cares, come on this beer is simply delicious. the brothers have done it again! i hear they’re working on a beer to end the curse on the cubs.
Ska, True Blonde American Blonde Ale durango, colorado. why did the blonde take a ladder to the bar? she heard the drinks were on the house! this, on the other hand, is crisp and refreshing, definitely a smart choice.
Off Color, Troublesome Gose chicago, illinois. one of chicago's newest breweries blended a regular wheat beer with a funky, acidic wonder to create this tasty beverage. sounds like a whole lot of trouble just to make a great beer, right? well then it's not just a clever name
Boulevard, Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale kansas city, missouri. kc’s finest brewery knocks it out of the park with this stellar farmhouse ale. fruity, big & peppery
Two Brothers, Sidekick Extra Pale Ale Can warrenville, illinois. our friends jim and jason have another great brew with its citrus and passion fruit-laced pale ale

Tallgrass, Halcyon Unfiltered Wheat Ale manhattan, kansas. throwing back a few beers doesn’t typically make me think of flying a kite, but when tallgrass put a bright yellow kite on the label, yeah, it still doesn’t. but i will have another beer.
(16oz. can) 7.00

North Coast, Pranqster Belgian Golden Ale ft. bragg, california. i'm a spell-check guy and this q was killing me until i put it in the "google", genius! this fine belgian ale comes up 1st and 4x before the chico ca. 60's & 70’s folk rock cover band of the same name. talk about web dominance.
Victory, Golden Monkey Belgian Strong Ale downingtown, pennsylvania. what’s up with the monkey reference? well, this belgian-style trippel comes in at 9.5 abv, and drinking two brings out the playful monkey in all of us.
Ale Asylum, Bedlam! Belgian Ipa madison, wisconsin. ale asylum had a "one and done" rule with this belgian ipa, so if the first batch wasn't amazing, the beer went down the drain. if you're not a fan of this one, you may belong in an asylum. (see what we did there?)
Lagunitas, A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Wheat Ale petaluma, california. a little poetic license from the brewmaster, "wheaty-esque-ish-ness" my sources confirm, 3 types of wheat & all the "c" hops. the result, a hazy slightly bitter ale and a very pretty girl.
Goose Island, Matilda Belgian Pale Ale chicago, illinois. my pal, founder greg hall, makes lots of beer but this one is my favorite. why? just because, because matilda makes me want to dance.
North Coast, Red Seal Amber Ale ft. bragg, california. oh, this is a generous ale, although available in 47 states, dmk is the only place where you can enjoy it with truffle fries. according to ed (cinncinati inquirer), red seal is the finest american amber ale. we love it too.

Green Flash, Hop Head Red IPA san diego, california. if this was fight club, i'd say, buckets of amarillo hops beating down caramel rich malts, everyone was happy, high fives all around, tell no-one

Anchor, IPA san francisco, california. america’s original craft brewery comes through with their first ipa and it’s a good one. malty, hoppy and delicious
Great Divide, Hercules Double IPA denver, colorado. ancient mythology tells of the "twelve labours" of hercules to prove fit for the gods. at 10% abv, we believe finishing one of these beers would’ve been labour #13 and a pleasant reward for all his hard work.
Avery, Ellie's Brown Ale boulder, colorado. an american brown bursting with brown sugar maltiness and hints of vanilla and nuts. the kind of beer perfect for morning, afternoon, night and any time in-between
4 Hands, Cast Iron Oatmeal Brown Ale st. louis, missouri. if st. louis is the "gateway to the west" then this beer should be the welcoming gift once you arrive. a monster brown ale with chocolate malt & roasted barley makes us wish we had four hands to give it a proper ovation. bravo!
Greenbush, Anger Black IPA sawyer, michigan. an ipa that doesn’t live up to its namesake because it will only make your tastebuds delighted. belgian dark malts bring a little roastiness to an otherwise bitter world. smile and enjoy!
Revolution, Eugene Porter chicago, illinois. a workingman's porter named after the union leader who led the pullman railroad strike in 1894, but you knew that. either way, this is my fave from our friends in logan square
Left Hand, Milk Stout Nitro longmont, colorado. quite possibly america’s best milk stout! a double gold medal winner. robust malt & coffee flavors, a bit of milk, sugar, flaked oats and chocolate round out this dark brew and certainly satisfy all of your breakfast nutritional needs.
Tyranena, Chief Blackhawk Porter lake mills, wisconsin. if you're in chicago, you’re already in blackhawks country, and tyranena gives another reason to be fans by paying homage to the sauk leader with this robust, bittersweet ale. makes me want to hum "chelsea dagger".
