Great Pizza in River North
Very tasty thin crust, piping hot pizza. We had the Soprano's. Outdoor seating w/ a beer and wine selection, so we'll be heading back this summer for sure.

Not recommended
I was drawn in by the cool subterranean urban atmosphere and then it was all downhill from there. The service was a disaster, with three people waiting for food, the staff seemed in chaos and they weren't even friendly. The food was disappointing. They placed my club panini on a grill for maybe 30 seconds each side and I even wondered if they had the thing on. The bread was spongy and not grilled, the ham and turkey tasted way past their expiration dates and was slimy. If I ate there, I would've taken it back to the kitchen. Oh and I was happy to see the chips came along with it, but I didn't get a chance to ask for the kind of chips I wanted, they just threw in Baked Lays, which are fine, still it would've been nice to have a choice.

Sometimes good food and service.
I've been to delicious two times. The first time the service was extremely slow and I ordered a chicken sandwich which was really dry, not "delicious" at all. The second time the service was quick and I had a slice of pepperoni pizza which was really good, just not enough. There prices are kind of steep also.
