Great Cheap Tacos
I have no idea what the other reviews were talking about, the chicken tacos are wonderful. They boil and pull their chicken so it is very tender and juicy. The people who were complaining about the chicken not being seasoned don't appreciate when a delicious meat can speak for itself without having to be masked with heavy seasonings like a lot of mexican places do with lower quality meat or cooking measures. Their guacamole is also very good, but a little pricier compared to their tacos, but guacamole is always expensive where ever you go. Over all this is the best mexican restaurant within little italy

true, this chicken is bland. order the loaded ground beef tacos. freaking delicious.

bland food, not nice employees
Went for lunch first and definitely last time. The tasteless chicken was poor, the server was not nice. Stay away!! Cannot believe someone could it there once a week.

Not recommended
I went to this place based on the great reviews. I called in my order and it was ready when I walked in 5 minutes later. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The tacos however are the most bland food I have ever tasted. The steak had some flavor but the chicken had zero seasoning. If you like flavor and eat anything with spices these tacos aren't for you. Even the loaded ones only taste like cheese. I've had waaaayy better tacos for the same price. I really wanted to like this place as it is the only mexican restaurant near work but oh well.

Fantastic Mexican
This is absolutely my favorite Mexican restaurant in the South Loop/Loop area. Amazing burritos, quick service, great employees, and not too expensive. I probably eat here once a week, it doesn't hurt that I live across the street. But I'd never pass an opportunity for some De Pasada.

Great food, great price
They have the best chicken tostadas in the city hands down!! My husband and I order from here all the time and the delivery is fast and the food hot. I would recommend De Pasada to anyone!

Sogginess?
The vast majority of items here are fine, but definately not noteworthy; and I've been frequenting this restaurant because my friends are too lazy to go to another mexican restaurant. I'm not a big mexican cuisine connoisseur however burritos and tacos that are usually soggy don't really sound like great mexican food. The price is ok for what you get. The staff is nice and helpful, I just wish the food were at least up to par.
