Went there for lunch while performing my administrative duties. I found the staff to be pleasant and efficient. I ordered 3 chili cheese dogs w/ cheese fries (i love cheese). I ate my food outside & soon realized why I was the only one eating outside. Between the drunks at the Beacon & some fat guy in a red shirt riding by on his bike smoking a cigar It wasn't a very pleasant experience. I highly recomend the food though just don't eat in. Easily the best restaraunt in Hegewisch.

The Lake Perch Sandwich was tasty, hot and quickly served. I ate outside at a table with an umbrella on a wood deck. I was with a group of fifteen cyclist and they served us efficiently. One minor infraction: putting ketchup on Hot Dogs which is a major faux pas in Chicago.
