I had the spare rib which was tasty and tender, but was shocked when I was told the only bbq sauce to enhance the flavor was the refrigerator cold bottles on the table - was not impressed by the sauces at all! I loved that the food did not seem to be drenched in salt. Sides were excellent as was the pecan caramel tart - filling a little too hard but wow what a flavor. For me, food could have been a little hotter. Believe it or not they had no rib tips at 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon - poor planning and they lost some customers. I would go back.

Loved everything about this place except for maybe the size (it is very small so get there early). All of the starters, BBQ and sides were excellent. Good beer list. The service was great. Highly recommend this place if you like BBQ.
