Forgotten Devon Treasure
Devon Street has so much ethnic food that one would not know where to go. Chopal is easy to miss when one looks in the window, because they may be intimidated by the oversized chairs and humongous tables with not a lot of customers sitting in. However, I find that Chopal has so much to offer. I usually go on a weeknight, and the waitress would give me her full attention and complimentary egg-drop soup, bread, and rice dessert. The meal itself is plentiful, yet cheap. I forgot what I ordered, but the meat is very juicy and succulent. A very good value for my curiosity.
