Best french rest 4 your money
Wine suggestions are excellent. Coq au vine 4*. parking valet is perfect.

Wonderful food!

Magnifique
One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. This is a little, romantic restaurant with absolutely delicious food. You must try the duck, it is to die for! The service was very professional but friendly and knowledgeable. My water glass was never empty! It is very rare to find a restaurant where the owner checks on every table which is a sign that he/she cares. I was delighted from the beginning to the end. This restaurant deserves 10 stars not 5! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.

Superb!
Chez Joel is a great French suprise in the heart of Little Italy. I have been several times and continue to take friends and family back and everyone loves it. Great atmosphere, people, and delicious food! Always great service and a pretty plate presentation!

The best French restaurant in Chicago
Just wanted to say that every time I have had dinner at this restaurant, it makes me want to go back over and over again. I admire the effort they put on their service to make your dinning experience simply outstanding. They can actually make you feel like you are somewhere in France . Their food is fresh and comtemporary, but keeping the traditional taste . I have been to many other restaurants in Chicago, but Chez Joel has nothing to envy from those very, very expensive restaurants in the city that turn out to be simply overpriced cafeteria food.
