The Only real Mexican food in Bridgeport
My wife and I were hungry, passing numerous Mexican restaurants. We decided to stop at this eye catching sign of a newer Mexican restaurant that had opened here in Bridgeport and give it a try. What a suprise,starting with the pleasant service ,we viewed the menu and being the frugal person I am, I was shocked at the reasonable prices to go along with the quality food..We will definitely be eating there more often..this is one of those places you brag about and recommend it to everyone you know. This is a real 5 star high quality Mexican restaurant especially now that they have added a outdoor beer garden . You won't be disappointed with this choice.

Hidden Gem
Food was amazing. Even though the have a very small menu. Hubby keep saying how did we not come here before this, cheap and very very good. Gotta come back soon. Hubby had a beer and I had mexican soda- tamarindo, a steak buritto for him and a steak taco and cilantro tequila lime chicken tco .. All very very good. They even have grilled pineapple salsa. Loved the hot salsa and salsa verde too. They didn't have margarita, just mexican beer. Even though hubby really wanted margarita. However, for the 1st time he said the good food made up for it. WOW! Miracle to hear that from my lush husband. Best of all, Total bill only $20!!!

Great tequila lime chicken burrito!
This place has amazing food! I am picky about mexican food but their salsas really set them apart and above most places!

Nice and simple
A glorified taco stand. Not much variety, but what they do make is excellent, especially the fish burrito. The atmosphere is cool, and the location is very good...for me.

Amazing!
Carbon has the best steak burrito I have ever had. In addition to great taste, its a great price. with 8 dollars, one can get a burrito and drink. Drink refills and salsa are free, so even less money is spent than most mexican restaurants. Excellent price and great taste. Also in a convenient location.

Fish Tacos
Carbons has yummy fish tacos.it is a clean place with friendly service.Also it is more of small diner/taco stand than a sit down restaurant. and theres always plenty of police in out so its a good neighborhood place to be......and if youve ever had the pleasure of traveling to Mexico and sampling authentic fish tacos you will be pleased because Carbons comes pretty close.
