My Pizza
It's been ages since I've been here and always though about pizza. Boy, times have changed. I've had better pizza from Pizza Hut or Dominoes. And I only eat those when they are served at a family or friend's function. Crust was soggy in the center and the ice tea tasted water downed. Don't think I'll return. By the way, this wasn't my first choice. But the other place was packed and I drove out of the way to come here. Won't make the same mistake. I know I came around dinner time (5:15 pm) but don't push the product just so the patron can be served. I was willing to wait. Only good saving grace was the Minestrone soup. That was excellent, and so was the bread. But the pizza is what I came for.

Was the most disappointing panning and beef sandwich I ever had. The panning was suppose to be a ham panning it was hard to find the ham and it was drowned in some type of pizza sauce. The beef sand was tasteless, better at other places. Will never eat there again

Consistently poor delivery
Every time we order for delivery we have had problems. Orders have been taken down wrong and when we call to complain the staff states she gave what she wrote down so the order is correct. On other occassions food comes overcooked. If you want food from Caponies eat in DO NOT place and order for delivery.

Great pizza
We loved this place! My son and I said it was the best pizza we ever ate! He remarked that the crust was soft and delicious, and I could taste the fresh garlic and fresh tomatoes. One of employees came and sat down and chatted about the restaurant. It was like sitting in someone's living room. We loved the decor. I would highly recommend Caponies!

Great place
I have been going to Caponie's for years. The food is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and you can't beat the prices for the amount of food you get.

Awsome Place For Whenever
I would drive 30 min to just to get Caponies Pizza because it is the best pizza Chicago has, hands down. Now that I moved to the area, it's great that it's only 10 min away. SWEET!

Awesome little pizza place
My wife and I visited Chicago from Omaha on the labor day weekend and stopped in Sat. Sept 1st 2007. Waitress very freindly and knowledgeable. we ordered a brick oven baked sausage pizza , it was magnificent. Fresh herbs fresh ingredients. This pizza was awesome. We also ordered the meat sauce spaghetti, garlic bread and a canoli. Everything from start to finish was superb. We are glad we stopped in from Downtown Chicago on our way to Arlington Park. We will definitely tell our freinds and family about this place nad cannot wait to return someday.
