I've placed delivery orders from here lots of times and the pizza is always hot, cheesy and delicious. My only complaint is one time I tasted a meaty flavor on my all cheese pizza. Perhaps they cooked it with another pizza that had meat.

I love Chicago, but when it comes to pizza, I'm a New York style girl all the way. Cafe Luigi is by far the best NY style pizza in the midwest, and my personal favorite in all of Chicago. The crust is thin and never soggy and the ingredients always taste fresh. If you stop in for a slice you'll experience a quaint hole in the wall diner which is always clean with fast service. Not always overly friendly, but polite. You will absolutely not regret giving Luigi's a try...although you may become hooked!

I doubted I could find NYC style pizza in the Midwest...but Cafe Luigi has it nailed. Their thin crust pizza is straight out of NYC. So delicious.
Very good pizza and I got service with a smile. I have not been to New York so I don't know how they compare with their pizza but I think this place is better than Santullo's in Wicker Park. This pizza is not soggy but still very thin. And it's pretty cheesy. I ordered an 18" inch cheese pizza for pickup. They told me 15 minutes over the phone. I got there in about 20 minutes and pizza was waiting for me. Was my first time there and I thought it was a very cozy, small, and very clean looking place. They have about 7 tables to sit at if you want to eat in. And I thought the cute Russian girl working the counter was very friendly.

The pizza is good, if you pick it up at the restaurant. But, if you order delivery, expect about a 2 hour wait time on Tuesday nights. 2 plus hour wait on Friday and Saturday. When your pizza does finally arrive it may be cold, soggy, and not taste good. You’ll also have the joy of a rude delivery person. Overall opinion, this place is overrated and not worth the wait.

I love thin crust pizza, and this place has the best by far in Chicago (better than a lot of places in NY, actually) I also have enjoyed their meatball sandwich and Calzones, but I keep going back for the pizza
