Great place, good date spot
The food was excellent. It wasn't a cheap dinner by any means but it was reasonable for really good sushi in Chicago. If you don't mind $75 for a dinner for 2, I would definitely recommend this place. It's BYOB- which we didn't realize so don't forget your bottle on wine!

Great place!
Cafe Furaibo is a terrific, non-descript place in Lincoln park. I've been to over 30 sushi restaurants in chicago and this is my favorite when it comes to food alone. I live and work in the area and order out from here twice a week-once at home and once for lunch. The sushi is always fresh and they are very accommodating and precise when making special requests. Delivery is prompt and service is always friendly. I highly recommend CF for even the most discriminate sushi lovers.

Always pleased
I order from here alot and have always been pleased with the quality of food. It's always fresh (try the tuna avacado salad, my fav) and they have about 30 sushi rolls to choose from

Consistently good, great value
We've only ordered out from here, but have found that the quality is consistently good. The sushi itself always tastes very fresh, and they have interesting combinations with the rolls (the Ommera with asparagus is especially good), too. As a bonus, the prices are SO reasonable that we're always double-checking the ticket to make sure they charged us for everything. We've never been in the restaurant itself, but definitely recommend it for delivery.
