    Cheap food but no service.

The food was good especially having the munchies. There is a sushi bar area with no one to prepare sushi or make stir fry products. There were lots of product that did not have labels, that limited me for eating variety of food. It's a big place for family and bathroom is not disgusting. I've give it a 2 1/2 - 3.

    Do Not Go Here

Went for lunch. Food was cold or trays were three-quarters empty. Some trays were completely empty. Server never returned to table to remove plates or refill pop. There were signs all over warning patrons not to "waste" food or they would be "fined." Just bizarre. The food we did eat was simply subpar. The ice cream machine wasn't working properly - to the disappointment of my three year old. Again, simply subpar. Do Not Go Here.

Was Good But Has Gone Downhill

The first time i visited Buffet palace I thought it was amazing. they had a great selection of seafood and dungeness crab on a buffet!. however, sadly buffet palace is now all hype. they scam you withThe 'all you can eat crab legs' which is actually one crab leg at a time per visit to the buffet table. Conveniently after your first visit and one crab leg later, they run out and dont refill for another thirty minutes (sometimes never). The first time this happened i thought it was a fluke, the second time i chalked it up to random luck. by the third visit i was beginning to get the hint. I have been six times since and its the same thing everytime. It is embarassing for the restaurant to do this. I feel embarassed for them. Try it out for yourself and see if im lying. go at any hour at any time early or late. on the last visit i made it a mission to just go and eat the crab legs to see if this was something they did always and now i know they do. plus the buffet doesnt have as much seafood anymore. The service is terrible but that was excusable because of the food. now it is not. Dont go here. and say something the next time they charge you 13 bucks for a buffet and dont offer up the "advertised" crab legs.

    Poor Service

We had very poor service (drinks) and when I finally asked for some drinks, the waitress was rude, refused to get them and had the manager get them when she was standing there doing nothing! Don't know if I'll go back even though the food was great!

This is our new favorite resturant

Within the first 5 minutes I asked my husband when we could return again! Oysters, peel and eat shrimp, steamed mussels, 3 different types of crab, 4 types of fish, fried squid and a sushi bar. We left in a food coma! With the cheap prices, wonderful waitstaff, and amazing food - i will be sure to return soon! We love seafood and this is the best bang for your buck in the city. A fat kid heaven!

So Good, Diners wait in line....INSIDE!

Recommend dinner $11.99 as steamed snow crabs legs and ginger onion sauteed dungeoness crabs excel in every respect. Sushi (maki) AND Sashimi freshly made by chef (with tip...made to order....shhhhh). NY steaks, fresh shrimps & scallops with tons of condiments cooked and grilled to order. All this at a buffet? BE FORWARNED, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR THE REALLY GOOD STUFF. ENJOY, ENJOY!!!!!
