Server/waiter came back infrequent. Meat all had no flavor very bland, other brazilian restuaranrs much much better. Been here a year ago and much has changed, not for the better

Unplanned nite, turn out soooo good. Nice lighting, great food, we all enjoyed ourselves. Parking was cheap, that's a deal in Chicago. We were there in Feb 2012. Plan to go back before the year is out. Cost is about the same as many other steak house but, customer service was excellent and this makes a very big difference. Can't say enough. You guys keep the good work up!

Hands down this place has the best customer service, I requested my meats a certain temperature and the gaucho's served it everytime the same way, and the meat has the perferct combination of seasoning and great quality. Keep up the good work Brazzaz

The amount paid worth the food and services delivered. I was there for mothers day, and the food was terrific.

I love going to steak houses and Brazzaz is my favorite. It is the best because you get to try everything. It is all you can eat for about the same price as one steak at other places. They have an excellent buffet. And you are not locked into one steak if you dont like what you order

Food isn't bad...standard choice of churrascaria meats, decent wait staff. Did not find out until the end that they charge $50 per person. Decent food, but definitely not worth $100 for dinner for two on a Tuesday night. (If this isn't the going rate, then they are willing to take advantage of a customer not careful enough to ask the price beforehand.) Caveat emptor.

Folks go to Brazzaz for the meat, maybe for the salad bar, but don't overlook the wonderful whole grilled hot pineapple, sliced thin. My guests went home to Iowa and immediately started grilling pineapple a la Brazzaz.
