Dreary
Not a bad burger, but I've been there on a couple of occassions and the staff has always been rude and inattentive. The place is so dank and dreary. I think I might value customer service and atmosphere higher than most, so I adjusted my "value" rating up. I'd like to try their burger served to me with a smile and some clean silverware, but I don't see myself going back.

EXCELLENT!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. Best value in Chicago... there's not a better burger for the price anywhere.
