Good Food Bad attitudes
Great food but attitdes need some readjusting. Have found other places in the city that I have been going to that have better service and food that is just about the same quality. I prefer okay food and great service instead of good food and poor service.

Okay food but poor service
I'm a big fan of the jibarito and arroz con gandules. The great thing about Boriquen is they offer Jibaritos with your choice of pork, steak, chicken, veggie, or chicken breast. The arroz con gandules is delicious. The bacalitos (Fried Cod fish), tostones, and pasteltio (PR banana tamal) are also delicious (just a little greasy......but hey it tastes good. I also recommend the Chuletas con Habichuleas (Fried Pork Chops with a side of white rice & red beans) its is so tasty and you may not finish it because it is a good serving. The only problem is that the people who work here have some bad, ghetto attitudes.....they seem annoyed that you have came in. Plus if you order out, check your bag to make sure you have all your items because they seem to always forget something.
