    A++

    The best pancakes I have ever had! The service was really good and the atmosphere is cozy. I cannot go to Chicago without stopping here.

    Eating Dessert for Breakfast

    I ordered the french toast and it was amazing. I would request this restaurant for anyone on vacation in Chicago.

    Breakfast at the Bongo

    The reviews and the online menu seemed good so we visited on a Sunday morning. Plenty of street parking at 9:15 and the entrance was somewhat plain appearing with the green wind screen in place. The restaurant was already getting crowded but we were seated fast. The service was excellent from the host, to Penny the waitress to the bus service who always kept our coffee cups full. The veggie breakfast sandwich was packed with fresh produce, side potatoes were just enough so we didn't feel stuffed. Plan on coming early because as we were leaving there was already a line. Great place to try- we'll surely return.

    Best Breakfast Ever

    Best Breakfast in the City. Order their BLT benedict and a seasonal pancake (just one), and you will be in heaven. Expect to wait at least an hour for a seat.

    Awesome brunch!

    Worth the wait on weekends! Pancakes so good, they'll make you cry.
