Great Food, Great Price
We actually ate at the Bobak's in Burr Ridge, in the suburbs of Chicago, but from what I understand they have a number of restaurants in the area. First of all, they have a great idea, its a Polish supermarket that has a buffet style restaurant in a separate part of the store, you'd never guess you were in a restaurant. Now to the food, in was great, and lots of it! At about $10 a plate, you can't beat that deal. The smoked polish sausage, potato pancakes, and pierogi were all top notch. They are constantly bringing out new items onto the buffet so the food doesn't get cold. The servers bring you soup, which is included, and drinks, which are extra, our waiter was Sebastian and he did a great job! The staff is courteous and very helpful, we asked what a lot of the items were and they were more than happy to answer our questions. I would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys food that makes you feel like your at grandma's house.
