Very Good, But Expensive
Bob-San is very good sushi, and it is located in a prime area. The food, however is quite expensive. It's quite easy to get to $50 per person when ordering a full meal as well as some drinks.

Not good
The sushi rice is over-cooked!! The sushi can only be as good as the sum of it's components, and when the rice is almost mush it ruins the whole roll.

favorite sushi in chicago
I’ve been going to bob san for a few years now. I’m a very picky sushi eater and try lots of different sushi restaurants. This is so far my favorite. The quality of sushi is always great. the bar is my favorite place to eat there because the chefs are super nice and help make the experience. I recommend it to everyone
