Blu Coral is a trendy gorgeous restaurant that I have visited several times, hoping each time the service would be better. My 1st visit was within the first week of opening. The food tasted great and was very visually stimulating. Our waitress, however, was a bit absent minded. She didn' t know the menu, forgot to bring out several items, and didn't quite know what it was we were eating. The restaurant itself was out of several items, and opened before stocked with liquor. The desert menu had about 10 interesting things to try, yet they only seemed to have two of them. They discounted our bill greatly. And we were still happy, knowing they had just opened. Have been back about 4 times since then and still long story short, same ordeal. Each time they let us know they are out of something in the beginning of our visit and as we order they are out of that, that and that too. It seems as though the desert menu is hopeless, because still only about two items are there for order.
