    wonderful

I'd agree, 'student' is way off base. I've eaten a ton of Indian food here in town and in NYC and this is some of the best I've ever had. Maybe it's that the food is a blend of both Northern and Southern Indian cuisine (I believe one half of the husband/wife team is from each region), but whatever it is I hope they don't change a thing about the food. They make it fresh when you order, so if you're doing takeout, definitely call ahead of time or you'll be waiting a good while. But believe me, it's worth it!

Great Food and Bhabi is a great host

It seems people like "student" have no clue at all what they are talking about when it comes to Indian food. All to often so call "indian food lovers" attempt to rate Indian food when they have experiance at all on regions and the diff of food. Please know that "student" review is just that .. one from someone who still need to learn. This is a GREAT place and a must see.. By the way... the McDondald near there has tons of indians in it... Via "students" report that makes it better than Bhabi's. Disregard all of students unfounded and non realistic belife that they can rate an establishment. Bhabi's is a great place to eat. The food is worth the price and for those who know what im talking about.. the regional dishes mainly are from the Hyderabad area with the focus on some GREAT brinani.

    Too much hype, no substance

Absolutely poor. It was really hot, the food was overpriced, bland, and heavy, and the supposed multitude of breads were just expensive, not worth it versions of naan (which was too flat, by the way). I wouldn't recommend this place to a pig. A much better deal and much more authentic (you can tell because there aren't any non-Indians inside) is Khan BBQ, right down the street on the corner.

    Delicious

Great place!!!! Good food, the owner will be at your table making sure everything is o.k. This can sometimes cause a delay in service as you have to wait for him to come around and take your order. But, the food is great. The price is not chep (for Indian Food), but not expensive either. Mr. Syed's sauces and bread make it hard to not love this place! Perfect setting for small groups (2-4)

    This is a great place

The owner makes you feel like you are a guest in his home. I have a problem with spicy foods, but letting them know I needed my order to be VERY mild was not a problem at all. The naan bread is amazing!
