Hit and Miss
Have eaten here many times, sometimes the dish is good, other times not..The cat fish in there eggplant dish was horable! The pieces were like dryed out leather, I could not believe they served this..I had the soup, which tasted good, but they seem to think 3/4 of a bowl and a full price is ok? Theres better thai around the neighborhood..This is over priced and just convenient to most here in the neighborhood..Get fresh cat fish and maybe you will do better...

Great, fresh thai food also a cozy little place
I've been living here in the Edgwater area for sometime now and absolutely love Ben's. The food is always good, affordable, fresh, just right. It is a small but cozy restaurant and the employees are very friendly and courteous. I'll sure miss this little place when I'm gone :(

Great inexpensive thai
Though the atmosphere lacks ambience, the food, price, and service is wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly, and we continue to visit quite frequently. One of the few good thai restaurants in Chicago.

Easy 2 get 2 by el or bus 4 great Tai
You know this place has great food by the number of folks stopping in for PU on their way home from the red line el a quarter of block to the east. The place is also only 4 1/2 blocks west of the Outer Drive, and 1/4 block east of Broadway. The location is very convenient to anyone on the north side. The food is made when you order it from the freshest ingredients. Ben and his wife are personable and attentive, like friends. In over three years, I and my friends have never had a inferior meal.

Great Thai Place
My wife and I eat here a couple of times a week. Great food at a reasonable price. They have the best Crab Rangoon I have ever had. We'd also recommend the Tom Kha Kai and the Cashew Chicken. We really never had anything we didn't like. The restaurant is kind of small, though so I hope it doesn't get too popular.

Fantastic
Ben's Noodles is fantastic. Food is the same every time you are there. Portion size is good, price is cheap. Penny always takes care of you.
