    Never had a problem

My roomate and I order from here ALL the time. It's the only place we ever order from. I don't know why people are complaining about service. It's a pizza place, not a fine dining restaurant. Anyone I've ever introduced to this place LOVES it.

    West Side of Chicago

This is great restaurant for delivery if you are on the west side of Chicago. The food is great. They still need to work on customer service (delivery means to the door not the street). Other than that the place is great. Delivery time is still about an hour to an hour and a half.

    Bad Bad Bad

I'm a tolerant person, but really, I just can't deal with their bad service anymore. The food is ok, but totally not worth the hassle. They never take responsibility for their mistakes. They will overcharge you for stuff you don't even want and then try to convince you that you ordered it. It's just bad business. Too many good pizza restaurants in this town to continue to put up with Bellas.

    great pizza - crappy service

this place puts out consistantly good pizza at good prices... too bad dealing with the staff is like pulling teeth. i still dont understand how they can charge for delivery when the driver refuses to leave his vehicle. the reason why i get food deliverered is so i don't have to bundle up, put on galoshes, grab and umbrella, and walk down the stairs... i might as well just get in MY car at that point to pick it up. does anyone know why they have this policy? its just ridiculous.

    BEST DEEP DISH EVER!

Bellas has been one of my favorites for years. The only complaint i ever had about them was their delivery man not getting out of the car to bring me my food. They have fixed this now so no complaints from me. They are the best

    Best Thin Crust in Chicago

My parents come to town from Arizona and this is their first stop off the plane. My mom insists it is the "Chicago Pizza of her Childhood". The thin crust is what we alwayts order. I love this Spinach, and the "Bellas Bianco" provides a unique, garlic-laced vegetarian option. The staff is so nice, and they always remember us! A true neigh orhood gem. Special note***: Bellas has temporarily closed their Chicago Avenue location for renovation, and they are on Grand/Leavitt for now. Phone numbers are unchanged. They should be back on Chicago Ave by Spring, 2007. Either way, a true neighborhood gem not to be missed.

    Very good pizza

I have enjoyed their deep dish and stuffed for years. They have a tendency to lace the crust with garlic powder or garlic salt and it's very good. The sauce is also delicious and delivery service friendly. Thin crust is alright but other exceptionally good places have spoiled me on that.
