Slow
Although the food is quite good for Hyde Park standards I will never eat there again. We sat there for an hour just to get a drink. Our food ended up coming out before we got drinks and their excuse was "we didn't have cups for you". Do not go there, it is a waste of time.

It ain't bad
The food is pretty good, and the atmosphere is nice, but its always so cold inside. I was there a lot in the summer and could not enjoy my food because it felt like i was eating in Alaska! Other than slow service its pretty nice.

Good but slow
Food is very good but the service at this bar louie is always always slow.
