Unforeseen sweet ending to cold start
was greated at the door with disaray and attidute. Followed by disorganization due to over-whelmed wait staff. European rudeness carried through to ordering of appetizers/salads and entree's; however, the evening took sudden turn for pleasureable start to the palate once the caprise salad was presented. Great presentation and a taste to match. Only concern was the height of tomato season they were firm instead of local farm fresh vine ripe. Main course was tasty and well presented. Our wait staff redeemed themselves with knowelege of background of course design and presentation. One of the entree's we had was the beer brasin pork chops...when asked the server what was in the sweet potato mashed he quickly turned to the chef for clarification. Collin (the chef on duty) came to our table side to explaine his creation. Enthusiasticly, he explained the five ingrediants used in the side dish. Collin continued his excitement to the "banana foster" dessert they are (we assumend) named after and asked if we would liked a demonstations of the creations. The presentation was outstanding only to be matched the the taste. Considering we were one of the last tables seated before closing the staff could have written use off but, took the time to WOW us and ended our dinning experience above our expectations from the original start. We plan to visit Banana Fosters again the near future for dinner and possibly breakfast. We may consider adding to one of our regular dinning experiences.
