Really bland. Indian in name only

I had to wait for 5 minutes to order and then another 15 minutes to get the food. When I tasted the food it was so bland, devoid of any taste and flavor. It was not worth the wait. I will not be visiting this place any more.

    Solid

The food and prices are solid. They have a nice selection and the carry out is fast. A good business model in the loop and am glad I discovered it.

    Not so great

I have never had worse Indian food. The malai kofta tasted like tomato soup and the matar paneer had no spice and hard cheese. I know it's hard to find good food in the Loop, but this is not the place to go if you've ever had decent Indian/Pakistani food, especially since prices are similar to what you would pay at a restaurant with tasty dishes.

    Good food

Not only is the food great but the portions are plentiful. Whenever I eat here I always have enough left over for dinner. Service is pretty quick, food is always fresh.

    So great!

Who doesn't love Indian food? This place is centrally located for those who commute in/out of Union Station. Carry out service is very fast, and it's so easy to pick food for dinner before catching the train home. True- everything is probably not 'made to order,' but that is the beauty of Indian food- the favors just develop more as it sits. No complaints here. Also, many places make you order rice/naan separate, you get your choice with every entree. I'm going back tonight!

    Very good for the price.

Awesome place for tasty Indian food. Chicken vindaloo is the best. I tried their chicken frontier, and it wasn't very good. So the point is, you need to know the right items to order. But great value for the price you pay. Its my favorite carry out place for Indian food.
