I went to Aroma on Randolph on a recent Saturday night with 9 other people. At 8 p.m. there were only 3 other tables filled. Our party was complete by 8:20. The staff were friendly but slow to take drink orders and food orders. But it went down hill from there. My fiance and I received our entrees MINUTES after we received our appetizers and about 20 minutes before our friends received theirs. When I told the waitress we would have preferred to receive our entrees at the same time as the other diners, she simply picked up my food and put it on the table behind us! My fiance was disgusted & went picked it up realizing she would simply serve me the same dish 20 minutes later. Most of us were happy with the taste and size of our portions, however, none of us ate together. We ate in waves, with entrees being served 2-3 at a time. This was baffling considering that there were only 2 other tables there, and neither were big parties...
