We usually get home delivery and have been very pleased with both the quality of the food and the quick delivery service (better during the week, but still relatively fast on the weekend). There is an excellent range of mild and spicy dishes and prices are reasonable for the portions. We haven't had anything that was disappointing and most of the portions are large enough either to share or have another meal the next day. Very glad to have them in the South Loop!

I went to Amarit this last week on a dinner meet up and was completely surprised by how wonderful the whole experience was. Not only did the staff bend over backwards for us, when an error was made with one of the orders, it was quickly and professionally corrected. Moreover, the food here was completely stellar all around. There were six of us and we each sampled each other's dishes and not a single one of us regretted our order, and we were all trying to snag more from each other. I had the green beef curry and it was just phenomenal. However, what I appreciate most about this restaurant is that in addition to jasmine rice, they also serve brown rice. This was an unexpected bonus for those of us who must be careful with their food intake. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage those who want good food, decent prices, and a comfortable and clean atmosphere to come here often.
