They know how to cook a Great Pizza

I walked into Al's on Irving Park Road last week and they are expanding their Pizza place. I am so excited to soon be able to park in the back and walk through the back door to a newly remodeled atmosphere. Not only is the food delicious, now the place will be a welcoming experience to sit and enjoy their wonderful food with my entire famly and friends... I can't wait until it's done. All of their ingredients are fresh. They cook everything fresh for you in the kitchen to order. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, they make you feel like you are part of their family. I just love this place and I will be their weekly friend for life. Keep up the good work, you're doing a great job! I love it there. It will be my weekly hang-out once they finish their remodeling. Horray for Al's Pizza.

    Not recommended

This place (on Irving at Narragansett) is not good at all, in my opinion. These prior reviews I relied on in trying this place are wrong in my honest opinion. The thin crust pizza I received was bland and skimped on cheese. Sorry to say. I'll stick to my mainstays on the NW side, Phil's on Milwaukee (at Austin) and Joe's on Higgins.

    Yummy!!

This has to be the best pizza around! Their double dough is to die for. My fave is sausage/mushroom x-tra cheese. It may seem pricy but it makes up in the quatity of food, you eat and nap right after. They have excellent service, fast delivery. exceptional, i recommed it to everyone i know.

    Best thin crust pizza ANYWHERE

i stopped in a place in Norridge Called Al's pizza For a quick slice not knowing that my life as i knew it was about to change when it comes to pizza, i grabbed a slice of cheese and sausage for 1.50 which i thought that it was a bit cheap, but i see the method behind the madness. it is so good that i ate 8 slices and 2 cans of R C i couldnt believe that i did that, and i think al was too i grabbed a menu as i walk out and found that they have 2 locations and guess what the other one is right by my house. Man was i really happy i told my wife that i tried this pizza and i Had only a couple slices "WINK WINK" and that i wanted her to try it. well one bite and now Als has created a monster we order 2-3 times a week i have tried everything on the menu and only a coupke things on there i didnt care for. AWSOME PLACE try an 18 cheese and sausage they have a coupon 11.95 it comes to 13.03 with tax wow i love this place
