Great local spot for incredibly tasty food.
Prior to trying this place out, I'd never had Afghani food. It really surprised me. Yes, there were the requisite kabob dishes (first fast food in history!), but I was incredibly surprised (and pleased!) by the vegetarian options too. I never knew that sweet potatoes were Afghani or used much in that region of the world. That said, the vegetarian sampler had some amazing stuff, and the spices on the meat combo were perfect. Not spicy, but seasoned incredibly well. I was also impressed by the family who runs the place. Everything was prepared quickly and efficiently. I had take out, but the dining room looked clean and well lit, and I will definitely be going back!
